Job Description: 

 • Provide technical support through call and email requests for all PC hardware, software and associated peripherals. 

 • Record support requests and outcome to facilitate the resolution of common queries 

 • Allocate support requests to appropriate concerned parties 

 • Proactively provide users with information regarding the progress of outstanding support requests 

 • Ensure that the support requests are kept up-to-date 

 • Deploy laptops, PCs, mobiles, tablets and associated peripherals 

 • Install and configure software according to standard guidelines 

 • Maintain and upgrade the existing laptops, PCs and peripherals to standard guidelines and procedures

 • Provide necessary training about hardware and software to end user 

 • Compile and maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software

Qualifications: 

 • Bachelor degree in computer or related field with 1-5 years experiences (new graduates are welcome) 

 • Professional knowledge in Hardware and Software

       – Microsoft Windows, MS Office(including Visio, Project, OneNote) 

       – Windows Server and Active Directory 

       – Printer Troubleshooting 

       – Network, Cabling and Wireless troubleshooting 

       – IP phone and PABX concept 

       – Other Software i.e. Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop etc. 

       – Other emerging technology i.e. Smartphone, Tablet 

 • Understand basic concept of ITIL mainly for incident management process 

 • Problem solving skill, service mind, team work attitude and able to work under pressure 

 • Good command in English, communication skill. 

 • Flexible to travel and work in metro Bangkok and suburb area i.e. Bangna, Samutprakarn, Audhaya, Chachengsao, Rayong 

 • ​Able to work in shift rotation.

Job Description: 

 • Provide single point of contact for customer via telephone systems and/or mailing systems 

 • Provide basic support to customer according to guidelines 

 • Open, dispatch, maintain status in multiple ticket systems to ensure that requests are completed within time frame 

 • Manage and monitor alerts from the system and escalate to the responsible team 

 • Provide training to customers   

Qualifications: 

 • At least bachelor degree in computer or related field with 0-2 years experiences (new graduates are welcome) 

 • Basic knowledge of programming in C#.Net (Optional) 

 • Prefer knowledge of SQL command 

 • Basic knowledge of SQL Server Database 

 • Have experience of Helpdesk is a plus  

 • Problem solving skill, service mind, team work attitude and able to work under pressure 

 • Good command in English, communication skill. 

 • Able to work in shift rotation.

Qualifications: 

 • Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 

 • 0-5 years working experience in Java application development 

 • Experience in JAVA Programming: J2EE, J2SE, JSP, ASP.NET, C#.NET or VB.NET 

 • Experience in Object-Oriented analysis and design using UML, Java/J2EE, RDBMS, SQL statements, XML 

 • Knowledge of frameworks for .NET Technology 

 • Proactive and positive working attitude, Responsible, Fast learner and able to work in team. 

 • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities 

 • Good analytical and project management skills and work well with deadline 

 • Good communication in both Thai and English

Qualifications: 

 • Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Business Administration/Accounting/ Finance/ Accounting information System/ or other related fields 

 • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Analyst of application development, process improvement 

 • Good presentation and negotiation skill 

 • Good interpersonal skill and service minded 

 • Self confident and results oriented 

 • Able to work under dynamic environment 

 • Good in English communication, TOEIC 500 preferred

Qualifications: 

 • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields 

 • At least 3 years’ experience in IT Security, IT delivery with technical knowledge in various OS, database, middleware and network 

 • Knowledge in security audit 

 • Good Project management skill 

 • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills 

 • Good communication in both Thai and English 

 • Security Profession Certification ex. CISSP, CISA, CISM is a plus

Qualifications: 

 • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields 

 • At least 2 years’ experience in Network Area 

 • Preferred experience in Cisco 

 • Ability to manage in LAN/WAN and know how to use Networking System, DNS, DHCP and Network Security 

 • Certification in Data Network for example CCNA, CCNP, CCIE or other will be an advantage

 • Familiarity with IT Service Management 

 • Good team player, Service oriented and Ability to work in fast paced environment 

 • Self-starter, good interpersonal, communication, documentation and presentation skills 

 • Good analytical and project management skills and work well with deadline 

 • Good communication in both Thai and English

Qualifications: 

 • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, IT or other related field 

 • At least 1-3 years experience in Installation, Configuration and System Administration for Window Server, SQL Server, Exchange Server, Mail Exchange, Storage, Mail Server and etc. 

 • Experience in Network Administration,SQL Command for Database Administration 

 • Good command of written and spoken English 

 • Ability to work under dynamic environment and manage aggressive timelines 

 • Initiative, self-supervised, self-motivated, highly responsible and punctual
